Our eleven employees are managed by Debbie Jacobs and Karen Linzell, the pre-school manager. Our employees continue to advance professionally, and we appreciate them and congratulate them on the programmes they have finished and credentials they have earned. The group puts a lot of effort into applying and exchanging ideas and knowledge. Level 3 trained manager Karen Linzell is also a transition to school manager and SENCO. Safeguarding Manager and Level 3 qualified Deputy Manager Debbie Jacobs. Health and Safety Officer Carol Andrews holds a Level 3 qualification. Claire Barton has a Level 3 degree (2 year old Development Manager). All employees are CRB or DBS-checked and hold valid first aid and food hygiene certificates. We use a key-person approach where each employee is specifically responsible for a small group of kids. Each youngster in the group develops relationships with their key personnel and other staff members. This guarantees that they are comfortable in the preschool.
