Welcome to Cornhill Elementary School.
We are regularly inspected by Ofsted and have an OFSTED registration for children from birth to 8 years old.
Our most recent inspection took place in April 2013, and the results were OUTSTANDING in every way for our offering.
The Nursery is housed in two spacious, elegant homes that have been appropriately modified to accommodate young children. They also have a very wide outside area (this really has to be seen to be appreciated) The Cornhill Kindergarten is situated in a lovely and tranquil area of Davyhulme, adjacent to St Marys Primary School, the Trafford Center, and the highway network.
We want to give your kid a joyful and safe atmosphere where they may receive care and education during their most formative years.

We have a very open door policy for parents, and there is always a manager on site for you to speak with about any problems you might need help or guidance with.
We have a parent information board with current articles, useful ideas, and childcare guidance, as well as a parent information screen in the hallway with updated information.
In order to spend more time at home concentrating on your kid and his or her needs and what they have been doing during the day, we advise parents to utilise email to negotiate expenses, extra sessions, etc.
All of the nursery's rooms and the grounds are under the surveillance of a CCTV system.
Following lunch, children are encouraged to clean their teeth as a group as part of their regular routine.
To allow parents to see what their children have been doing, we like to put up pictures of the kids doing things they do on a daily basis and during Nursery events.
Parents may enjoy a digital photo frame and photo album in the entry hall.
We want to plan parent evenings so that parents may take the opportunity to look at the resources and activities in each nursery room, speak with the staff, observe the work the kids have been doing and will be doing, and chat about the growth of their own kids.
