I worked as a bank employee from 2012 until April 2017, when I started at the preschool as a Pre-School Assistant.
Two of my three children, who have attended preschool and are currently enrolled in the neighbourhood primary school, reside in Compton with my partner and I.
Over the years, I have served three different families as a Private Nanny and a Room Leader in a Nursery setting.

My NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Care Learning and Development was successfully completed in 2009.
I enjoy working with kids from preschool through primary school. I'm particularly interested in communication and language, kids' enjoyment of stories and songs, and how to spark their interest in literacy.

In my previous environment, I worked as a nursery cook. In 2018, I attended Newbury College and earned my Level 3 Diploma in Early Years.
I moved to East Ilsley in June 2021, I have 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
When I have free time, I like to spend it with my family and host my grandchildren.
I served on the Management Committee for 4 years before I started at the preschool in April 2016 as Administrator.
I previously spent 12 years working as a medical secretary for the NHS.
My partner and I relocated to Compton in 2012. We have two children, both of whom attended Compton Preschool before transferring to primary school.
I left for a primary school in Reading in 2005, where I taught in the nursery. In 2013, I went back to the pre-school as bank staff.
Being a part of the Pre-School team once more is fun for me.
I have experience as an ELLP (Early Language Lead Professional) and have a special interest in promoting early language development.
I believe the Early Years are fundamentally important, and it is a genuine privilege to be able to contribute to a childs growth and development at that stage.
