We are a nonprofit, just like many Pre-schools.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines and collaborate closely with West Berkshire Council Early Years Services to give our little ones the best care possible. We are registered with Ofsted, the Charity Commission, and the Early Years Alliance.
We are overjoyed that Ofsted deemed us Outstanding providers in their most recent inspection (2019).

Children who are taught to play outside are significantly more likely to grow up to like outdoor sports like cycling, walking, and running.
Children may engage with the environment while learning outside, which gives them a better grasp of the world we live in.
Children who have more outside space are more likely to participate and come out of their shells.
They'll start to realise what they can accomplish on their own and cultivate a can-do attitude, which will serve as a strong foundation for future education.
Children have greater possibilities to take risks when they are outside.
Work with the kids all day, every day, allowing them to learn through play without realising it by observing their interests.
Keep tabs on each child's development in relation to the established EYFS recommendations.
The management committee is made up of volunteer parents whose kids go to preschool. They are devoted to assisting in giving your kids and their own the finest care possible.
If your child enrols in CAPS, you, as the parent or caregiver, automatically join the pre-school community. Your input is welcome whether you want to join the committee and have a say in management, assist with fundraising and events, or volunteer during reading or Topic Talks (about your hobbies or profession).
Contact the committee by sending an email to
[email protected].
Please get in touch if you are a member of a group and would like to work with or visit us.
