Like-minded coworkers and friends who wanted to support kids in our community founded Clear Steps Plus Education.
We have extensive teaching experience in elementary and secondary schools in the northwest, ranging from being in the classroom to serving as senior leaders and subject-matter experts who assist other schools in enhancing teaching and learning.
Without any fault of their own, teachers and support workers find it more and more challenging to provide children with the more targeted care they need on a daily basis.
Without the politics and bureaucracy found in schools, which can divert time from the important work of training our children to realise their full potential as individuals, we wish to assist children in these situations.
