We adopt an inclusive hiring procedure and base our selections on GCSE results rather than academic aptitude, in contrast to many other local sixth forms. On the ground level, we want to build a spacious central staffroom close to the refectory. Staff areas will be included in both of the new buildings, and the Digital Building also features a staff terrace on its roof. The second campus makeover is focused on enhancing biodiversity and growing our outdoor space. Our objectives include developing more interesting outdoor spaces both in and around the campus's green spaces.
