Staff, students, parents, and governors participated in group discussions about what makes our community's members shine and the actions that help us achieve our greatest triumphs. Following the consultations, the school will seek to realise its new, shared vision and uphold its new, shared values. fostering aspiration, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating diversity in our neighbourhood, classroom, and interpersonal interactions. These are the things that, in our opinion, occur at our school and what we hope to accomplish for each individual member of our community. To bring out the best in ourselves and one another, these are the behaviours we want to see in our community. Our classroom rules, which the kids in each classroom collaborate to establish, are based on these ideals. To illustrate the various ways the values might be lived, we also establish connections to our values through our curriculum. Our Friday assembly emphasises the significance of our values to our community. encouraging empathy, respect, and a sense of duty toward others, our society, and the larger world. fostering cooperative and fruitful interactions between students, teachers, governors, and parents. We are thrilled that a number of our local governing body members also give of their time to assist students and teachers in our classrooms.
