Cheeky Monkeys Preschool

We take pleasure in having a small, friendly, secure, and inclusive environment.
We provide children ages 2 to 5 with a high-quality educational experience with a maximum of seven skilled staff members.
This means that every member of our staff is familiar with every child in the nursery, making the transition between rooms quicker and more seamless for our kids. They will also always have a familiar face in their room.
Each child is assigned a key person during the transition phase who will help them develop strong bonds for a safe and caring foundation and who will collaborate with the family to maximise each child's potential while attending Cheeky Monkeys Preschool.
We collaborate as a small staff team to support each child's development and independence because we think it is crucial to address their unique needs.
When the time comes for our cheeky monkeys to go on, we encourage easy transitions to school and take great delight in collaborating with other specialists for care continuity.
At Cheeky Monkeys, we offer two rooms: Toddler Tigers and Little Explorers.
The station that our Toddler Tigers enjoy can be seen beautifully from our Toddler Tiger room.
A maximum of 12 children and 2 staff members can be in our Little Explorers room, which is for children ages 3 to 5, giving us a staff-to-child ratio of 1:6.
Along with a daily schedule, our Little Explorers use a variety of materials and activities to further their learning and development while utilising the EYFS curriculum.
We take pride in the fact that each of our rooms can spend up to an hour in the garden each session. Both of our rooms have access to the garden at various moments throughout the session.
Our rooms both have complete a/c.
We encourage our children with toilet training when they are ready, working with our families, and have access to children's restrooms and diaper changing areas on both floors.
Throughout our curriculum, we stress the importance of good nutrition and oral hygiene while fostering independence at an age-appropriate level.
