To meet the requirements of each child individually and to assist their family in providing such care, we strive to provide competent, experienced, and compassionate staff.
We aim to establish a welcoming and compassionate environment in a secure setting.
All children are valued and respected for their uniqueness and diversity, and we actively encourage inclusive practises throughout our programme.
This indicates that the Carey Childcare Center values and welcomes children and parents of all religions and none equally.
Although we respect the opinions of others, we give special attention to the Christian tale and the Christian holidays in the nursery programme.
We make an effort to recognise the contributions of our employees by creating a friendly and encouraging work environment, offering appropriate training to advance their knowledge and credentials, and making sure that pay and working conditions are at least competitive with those of similar organisations.
This ethos must be supported by every employee.
The promotion of this ethos will be led by one staff member, hence it is a legitimate professional need that person be a practising Christian.
