Buttons Nursery

For around 27 years, Buttons Nursery has operated as a thriving, independent, private daycare centre in Stephenson Industrial Estate, Washington.
The Barr family, who are committed, dedicated, and passionate about delivering continued excellence in daycare for your children, have taken over ownership of the facility since December 2013.
While members of the family are frequently seen doing this or that around the nursery, Michelle Barr is in charge of day-to-day management and direction. Michelle has a stellar reputation among children, parents, staff, and regulatory authorities due to her training, qualifications, experience, leadership, and personality.
The cornerstone of Buttons Nursery's goals is the learning process for future development and school readiness.
In order to do this, the setting complies fully with the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines (EYFS).
By doing this, the nursery will fulfil its obligations to ensure the safety and welfare of the children, to carry out its learning and development plan, to meet the early learning goals, to evaluate its performance against those goals, and to communicate with the parents and caregivers.
The Buttons attitude includes healthy food as well as physical activity in the great outdoors.
The nursery offers spaces for up to 50 children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years old and is registered by OFSTED to provide full-day care.
