We are happy to let you know that Play Care fully reopened on September 2, 2020, for our regular breakfast club and after-school programme, in accordance with the processes and standards established by the government.
The layout for signing in and out will alter somewhat.
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 can receive before- and after-school care at Burnopfield Play Care, an after-school programme.
We are open five days a week, all year round, and on school breaks.
ALL neighbourhood kids are welcome to Play Care.
Our facility is located inside of Burnopfield Primary School, which offers a secure, enjoyable, and safe atmosphere where all children's needs are met.
Burnopfield Play Care has been in operation since March 1997, and we are still thriving today.
We offer a variety of creative play and learning activities where kids can unwind, have fun, hang out with friends, and make good use of their free time.
Monday through Friday, the School Holiday Club is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
Frequently, Play Care hosts events like discos and fundraising activities.
The entire community is welcome to attend and enjoy these events.
Play Care is independently funded; we don't get money from the government or any other source.
We need to collect money to provide the kids with things like iPads, games, toys, and discounted outings because the childcare costs we charge go toward paying wages, rent, licences, utilities, etc.
We also host these events because we enjoy contributing to the community by delivering enjoyment and entertainment to our town.
The new products for the kids and the cost of outings and other activities are subsequently covered by this money.
Play Care is a charity with the registered number 1156234 and an OFSTED registration number EY542141.
Since we are self-funded, we rely on fees and fundraisers to meet our expenses.
Fundraising enables the purchase of new, interesting equipment for the kids and provides travel subsidies.
