We want both you and your kid to feel comfortable leaving your child with us; we want them to enjoy and feel safe at pre-school.
There are no universal guidelines for leaving children for the first time because every youngster is unique.
We want you and your child to feel at ease with whatever arrangements made when integrating them into the group because you are the best person to know your child.
Before your child starts with us, show them photographs of pre-school.
Your kid will benefit from viewing images of the Pre-school and the adults who will be present since it will help them remember where they are going and who they will be seeing.
The important person for your child will be there to welcome you both when you arrive on your first day.
They will develop a strong attachment if you make it evident that you are comfortable with your child being with their important person.
Bring a child's comforter from home with you to preschool if you have one.
Let the person who is responsible for your child know they have it so we can locate it if necessary.
Make careful to say goodbye to your youngster before leaving when the time comes.
After saying good-bye, depart right away.
Let them know you're willing to go.
Avoid lingering.
Say "see you later" and let your youngster know that you'll be there to pick them up.
On your kid's first day, we always ask that you return 10 minutes before to the conclusion of the session so that you can be the first parent to welcome your child.
