Through teaching children what it means to 'Love your neighbour as yourself' (Matthew 22), we strive to secure the foundations for happy, healthy individuals with the highest aspirations who can live life in all its fullness.
In order to establish a school where everyone feels valued and learns to consider the repercussions of their words and deeds, we believe that teaching children to "Love your neighbour as yourself" is the most important lesson they can learn.
In a joyful, healthy, and secure atmosphere, our curriculum offers unique and exciting experiences, fostering in students a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
Our children gain self-confidence, realise their potential, and are prepared for life in all its completeness as a result of our instruction, great pastoral care, and possibilities outside the classroom including after-school clubs, competitive sports, and our regular Forest School.
In addition to teaching children to respect and learn about the diversity of beliefs and customs in our neighbourhood and around the world, we also teach children about the Christian faith through our close ties to St. Chad's Church. We warmly welcome kids from all backgrounds, religions, and cultures.
The school's Collective Worship Committee, which meets to choose the prayers, music, and songs, is open to students of all religions (or no faith).
Children always lead the regular worship at St. Chad's Church throughout the year in addition to leading our daily Collective Worship.
Your child will enjoy learning in cosy, well-equipped surroundings thanks to recent investments.
We have undertaken an exciting programme of re-development to further enhance the provision for play and learning indoors and out by improving the school grounds, the climbing equipment and extensively re-furbishing and extending the building.
The nursery at the school offers pre-school-aged children temporary care.
