In introducing myself as the Headteacher of Belper School and Sixth Form Center, I feel incredibly privileged and proud.
I have very high standards and expectations for myself, the staff, and the children because I am an experienced headteacher.
The learning environment in schools is given a lot of attention, and the fundamental components of learning and success are stressed.
The rewards programme attempts to engage and inspire students by recognising their successes and accomplishments.
The school's basic values of respect for one another, equality and opportunity for all, and a commitment to helping every child reach their potential within a supportive educational environment are being implemented consistently.
By concentrating on key values and attitudes and making sure we are being the greatest version of ourselves, there is a drive to sustain this "Spirit of Belper" and strengthen it throughout the school.
We want to prepare our children to be contented and prosperous adults by helping them acquire the knowledge, talents, and traits they'll need to realise their goals.
There is a tremendous desire to advance the school, and I am convinced that over the coming few years, with dedication from the students and collaborations with parents, the school will keep growing.
