Beech Tree Childcare

We have a staff of instructors here at Beech Tree that has been carefully chosen. We employ degree-educated teachers, level 3 and level 2 educators, as well as teachers with qualified teacher status (QTS). We are dedicated to creating a highly competent early childhood workforce that positively impacts children's lives. We encourage males to work in the early years field and accept educators from a variety of backgrounds. By supporting and mentoring new educators through our Investors in People Apprenticeship Program, our highly skilled senior educators serve as role models for optimal practise. Director and Manager - BA in Fashion Design and Business Management; Level 6 Early Years; First Aid; Safeguarding. Experience: I have worked in the early years field for over 20 years, serving as a manager, leader, and mentor. Currently enrolled: a Level 3 in children's nutrition and a BA in early childhood education. "I firmly believe that we can prepare our kids for anything that early education might throw at them and beyond." All members of the Beech Tree Childcare team, including the bank staff, are certified in paediatric first aid. One team member is completely certified in paediatric first aid for the Forest School. The 2017 The Early Years Statutory Framework The Department of Education's requirements for our curriculum and legal wellbeing. Point 3.25 states that there must always be someone on the premises with a valid paediatric first aid certificate. Current Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering certificates are held by every member of the Beech Tree Childcare team, including our bank employees. All employees who prepare and handle food in group settings must complete food hygiene training, according to 3.48.
