Bede's Nursery

In an inspection by the Independent Schools Inspectorate in November 2019, Bedes Prep School and Nursery received the rating "outstanding" in all categories for the quality and standards of the Early Years Foundation Stage (ISI).
All children are given the opportunity to become eager and autonomous learners, according to the inspectors.
Here, along with the high levels of confidence and independence shown by the kids, are highlighted their positive attitudes toward learning and their tenacity to complete tasks.
The inspectors observe that "the remarkable relationships that children have with the adults around them are built on solid, secure attachments" when speaking of adult-child relationships.
The well-designed curriculum and good care procedures that "effectively support and promote children's emotional stability and development of their character" are also highlighted in the report.
The inspectors comment on the high levels of equality and diversity in addition to recognising the children's high degrees of independence, daily time spent outside, and the careful attention of personnel to the welfare and safety of the children.
The inspectors point out that the Nursery leaders "have identified areas for future improvement and have a very clear and ambitious strategy for the continuous development of the provision."
Finally, the assessment attested to the fact that the Nursery's registered childcare provision complies with all legal criteria.
