A non-profit organisation having charitable status is Beckermet Nursery.
ensuring that the nursery and the parents of the children collaborate.
The nursery staff collaborates to develop activities for your child and conduct routine observations.
Your kid will have a keyworker assigned to them when they enrol in Beckermet Nursery.
An employee who is responsible for your child's primary care is known as the keyworker.
Our goal at Beckermet Nursery is to give the kids a safe, loving, cheerful, and structured atmosphere where they can play and learn while using resources that have been carefully chosen by the staff.
The kids learn about the world, take part in physical education, and play outside.
Both individually and in groups, the growing attention span of the children is accounted for.
The children's language skills are developed through opportunities for discussing, describing, questioning, listening, and recalling.
During the daily nursery routine, many practical skills are taught and encouraged, such as washing and drying dishes, using the restroom (and washing your hands!)
Children in the nursery learn to respect and care for one another while also making new friends.
They develop their ability to share and take turns as well as their independence.
They also pick up the ability to follow directions, adhere to regulations, and follow routines, which helps children get ready for school.
Your child might not always bring home a record of his or her play because there are so many activities going on in the nursery (e.g. paintings, drawings or gluing).
But whatever they do bring home, it's always their own creation.
We sincerely believe that allowing kids to make their own drawings, models, etc., helps them learn more.
Therefore, while your child claims to have been playing in the nursery, keep in mind that they have actually been quite active for at least three hours, engaging in a variety of activities and picking up several new abilities via their play.
Each of our employees has a certificate in first aid, safeguarding, manual handling, and several also have a certificate in basic food hygiene.
With Beckermet School, we collaborate closely.
The pre-school students are regularly accompanied to school by staff members from the nursery.
They go into the school yard to do activities to enable the children to become familiar with the new surroundings, use the main hall for PE lessons and the Reception teacher comes into nursery on a monthly basis to work with pre-school children and staff.
This facilitates a smoother transition from childcare to school.
A registered charity is Beckermet Nursery (number 1035748).
A voluntary management committee is in charge of the nursery's non-profit operations.
Because of this, the nursery is able to maintain prices as cheap as possible and apply for several financial awards for upgrades and equipment.
