Welcome to Bacup Nursery School.
We are a busy but friendly school for children aged 2, 3 and 4 years old, with lots going on! This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
As Headteacher here for eight years, I simply want our Nursery School to be the best it can be for all the children. I believe the success of a school is strong leadership and teamwork of all the staff who are passionate about doing only what is best for the children.
We are a maintained school with three qualified teachers with a range of teaching experience across early years and primary education, along with highly qualified and experienced teaching assistants. We will nuture and provide high quality education for your children to ensure they are well prepared for their education in primary school and beyond.
We are very proud of our nursery school and its fantastic facilities; visitors always comment on these, and I would be delighted to show you around Bacup Nursery School to see these first hand and meet our staff team.
