We strive to include our local community through a variety of projects and initiatives catered to their needs, in addition to our role as a substantial local employer spending a significant percentage of its income in the area. (Members of our faculty and students frequently give their time to local, national, and worldwide projects and issues.
We're glad to claim that, despite the fact that most of our work is done in the West Midlands due to our location, we have been known to assist nations as far away as Kenya and India.
As a Civic University, we are committed to maximising the value we provide for the community through the use of our knowledge and influence as an anchor institution, while focusing on a few key goals to make the most of the limited resources we have.
Our goal is to collaborate with local residents and regional organisations to significantly impact issues that are important to them.
