Ashfield Plaza Day Nursery

Since I began working here in 2007, when the nursery first opened, I have given birth to two kids who go to the nursery with me.
I take great pride in running a nursery where kids want to go every day since it is a secure, loving environment. I accomplish this by utilising my many years of experience, providing the best possible training, and supporting personnel. This in turn enables teachers to set challenging goals for the kids as they grow and advance as persons prepared for school.
I started working here in September 2015, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the team. I contribute a bright personality, a friendly smile, and extensive experience with childcare thanks to having raised my own two kids. I'm looking forward to collaborating with the team and fostering the knowledge and enthusiasm of the workers for their work.
I enjoy my work because I get to contribute to the growth of young people. Working with a group of people that support each other, the kids, and their parents or caregivers is tremendously gratifying to me. Every child has a different personality, which is what makes my job so fulfilling.
I'm excited to finish and receive my level 3 diploma in early years. I enjoy dealing with kids and am well aware of each child's developmental stage so I can encourage them to reach their full potential. Giving the kids the right assistance and instruction to give them a solid start in life while watching them grow is very fulfilling.
