We pride ourselves on our approach to the care and education we offer to the children attending our setting.
We are a very small nursery and offer a homely, relaxed environment in which the children can thrive and grow in their own time and at their own pace.
We have a love for outdoor learning and spend lots of time outside and in our very own Little Woodland School which is onsite.
Outdoor learning is so important to support learning and wellbeing of the children.
Our special woodland learning area opened in June 2020 and allows children to spend time in the fresh air, exploring and learning in an beautiful and healthy outdoor environment.
All children are welcome at Antrobus Preschool Nursery.
We support children's understanding of the world and diverse cultures and people through real world experiences.
We ensure that children's time with us is special and we hold special celebrations, such as singing concerts, special visits and our school leavers ceremony.
Claire Chalmers - Nursery Partner/ Early Years Manager Qualified Early Years Teacher with over 15 years managerial experience Claire truly loves working with children.
Alex Jarvis - Nursery Partner/ Administration Manager Highly Qualified and with over 15 years working for the Preschool, Alex is a friendly face who loves building strong relationships with parents.
Safeguarding our children and their families is our top priority.
Our staff are thoroughly checked before being appointed.
We then ensure they are qualified in child protection, infection control, health and safety, paediatric first aid and food hygiene.
We update our skills regularly and uphold the highest standards.
