Acorn Childcare Centre

Our goal is to give local families the best daycare imaginable. From newborns to four-year-olds in pre-school, committed staff members create a nurturing and safe atmosphere that supports children's growth.
For newborns from six weeks old up to four-year-olds who are about to start kindergarten, we provide full-day care. For qualified two-year-olds, we offer subsidised spots, and for children aged three to four, we offer money for 15 or 30 hours. We understand that this is a complex government programme, so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
Our specially constructed facilities were created to meet the requirements of kids in each specific age group, and our rooms have easy access to outside play spaces. Since our facility is located on the grounds of the Malcolm Sargent Primary School, we have unlimited access to the enormous school facilities, which is a great benefit, but it also gives us access to unmatched connections that enable us to better prepare kids for beginning primary school.
We collaborate closely with the school to provide wrap-around childcare for children of school age during both the academic year and the summer, in addition to building great transition.

Update on the nursery Anglian Water has informed us that they will work all night to fix the leak affecting the nursery today so that we may reopen as usual the following day. We appreciate the patience and understanding of all of our nursery parents today. The day after tomorrow, we hope to see you.
