Yumbo Daycare is a little, independently operated childcare that debuted in September 2015.
The nursery is located in the heart of Braintree Town Center, next to the district council offices. The Town Center, Bus Station, and Train Station are all easily accessible by foot.
It is an enlargement of a very effective home-based setting that received "Outstanding" ratings from Ofsted during its last two inspections.
The owner and senior manager have 30 years of combined expertise aiding families and caring for infants to 15-year-olds.
In 2011, she was given an award by Essex County Council for "Outstanding Care of Children and Supporting deir Families" throughout the county of Essex after being nominated by families.
Children between the ages of 6 months and 8 years are catered for in the nursery.

With degrees from the University of Nottingham Higher Education Diploma, Levels 3 and 2 Qualifications in Childcare and Education, as well as a qualified SENCO and SENCO Support, Yumbo employs a small staff of excellent Early Years Practitioners.
To ensure current information and advice, our practitioners participate in frequent training.
All employees have undergone safeguarding Level 2 and Level 2 in food hygiene, and all have Level 3 paediatric first aid training.
We have two ENCOs and two Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Officers (Equality named co ordinators.).
The executive team is extraordinarily inspirational, and they are supported by the skilled and experienced workforce. Together, they totally engage children, parents, and other organisations in their never-ending quest for better.
