Fenstanton Primary School is a vibrant, engaging, and fascinating place to learn because of its richly diverse population.
Our students take great delight in their accomplishments and are equally pleased of their learning and being a part of Fenstanton Primary School.
Our school places a strong emphasis on inclusion, and we take pride in recognising and removing learning obstacles to ensure that every student, regardless of ability or starting point, realises their full potential and grows into a knowledgeable, creative thinker with a desire for lifelong learning.
In addition to ensuring fundamental skills, we provide a dynamic, innovative curriculum given by excellent teachers in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. This curriculum seeks to inspire and challenge all students so they make exceptional development in all areas.
Our curriculum includes student voice and empowerment, and students actively participate in directing their own learning.
We are interested in watching how our active student leadership teams—which include our School Councillors, Peer Mediators, and Pupil Voice Team—evolve and continue to influence our curriculum and the educational opportunities for all of our students.
In order to ensure that our students are prepared for life after primary school and grow into responsible citizens, we are dedicated to instilling British values and moral purpose. We actively promote the Gipsy Hill Federation's core values as well as Fenstantons core values, which include kindness, resilience, aspiration, and nurture.
