Children under three years old will be placed in our Acorns room, where the team designs new activities every day to promote exploration, play, and education in a positive atmosphere. From the time of their first visit, your child is assigned a key worker with whom they will develop a deep bond. This key worker will regularly review your child and keep you informed about how they are developing and learning.
Depending on when your child is ready, at around age three, they will transfer to the Oaks room, which continues to offer a wide range of activities that change every day. Assuring their happiness, care, and encouragement to grow via engaging and exciting play can help them build independence and confidence. Your kid's key worker will keep you regularly informed of how your child is progressing in the preschool.
If you would want to talk about any element of your child's care while attending preschool or would like general guidance on their growth and learning, our key staff will be pleased to speak with you.
The outside play space that the Acorns and Oaks share include a play house, scooters, climbing structures, sand/water tables, and other toys, as well as a sizable open area with cushioned, non-slip flooring.
Additionally, there is a little vegetable patch, which fosters teamwork, increases an interest in food and its origins, and makes discussions about healthy eating enjoyable.
Acorns and Oaks can benefit from playing together, taking in the fresh air, and getting some exercise while spending time outside with other kids their own age.
