Willows

In response to the significant need for a service in Clavering to serve Clavering School students, Willows, an after-school programme housed at the Christian Centre in Clavering, was established in April 2016. Additionally, we can accommodate secondary school students who prefer to come before and after boarding the bus as well as children in their final year at Clavering and Arkesden Preschool (Oaks) who are entirely capable of using the restroom alone. Our goal is to create a welcoming, secure atmosphere where kids make decisions about their own activities with staff support as needed. We provide a breakfast club starting at 7:30 with a wholesome breakfast and an after-school programme with a snack and the option to stay for home-cooked tea. Activities on offer include cooking, arts and crafts, construction, role-playing, and more. You can also do your homework or just hang out with friends!
