To join our absolutely exceptional and beautiful offering as relief practitioners, Wildlings is seeking to hire skilled, motivating, and outdoor-loving professionals.
There are no set hours for this position because it covers staff absences and training.
To work with children ages 2 to 5 in both our hall and woodlands settings, the ideal applicant will possess a minimum of a Level 2 full and relevant certificate.
We are searching for complete team members who are prepared to fully immerse themselves in the Wildlings experience and learn everything there is to know about our methods of operation.
You will be warm, able to multitask, and devoted to utilising children's natural interests and curiosities in order to help them become strong, competent, and resilient learners. You will have experience working with children between the ages of 2 and 5.
We're searching for someone who is eager to work holistically, has a creative approach to play, is familiar with in-the-moment planning, Forest School, Reggio, and Montessori methods to learning.
We work outside the entire year, in every weather, therefore you must be physically fit to do a tough task in occasionally difficult circumstances.
