I want to keep developing as a practitioner and learn something new every day from the kids.
After enrolling my kid in her first Montessori nursery over 14 years ago, I began my own Montessori journey.
Since I've been in a leadership role for more than ten years, our kids and staff never cease to amaze and inspire me.
Since Wetherby House Montessori first began, I have been a part of it and have enjoyed watching it grow.
My goal as regional manager is to guide and encourage excellent practise in our nurseries so that we can continuously deliver extraordinary experiences to the children entrusted to our care.
I collaborate with a group of bright employees to develop a curriculum that is constantly being improved to fit the needs of the students both now and in the future.
I am looking forward to the challenges and learning that will come with my new job, where I will be assisting the managers of our other branches in leading and managing their teams.
