Play and Learning Integration: Staff support children's mathematical development well and encourage children to count and recognize shapes in their play.

Transition to Primary School: They exchange information with teachers to help support children's smooth transition into school.

Child Safety Management: Staff have a good knowledge of child protection policies and procedures.

Children's Safety and Security: They can confidently identify the possible indicators of abuse and what to do to report any concerns about the welfare of a child in their care.

Happiness and Settling: Staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. They build strong relationships with the children and this helps them to feel secure and settle quickly.
