Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Children sit in cozy areas in the garden, retelling their favorite stories from books. Older children confidently comment on who the author and illustrator are

Communication: Parents receive advice about how to support their child's development at home and are signposted to resources

Community Building: Parents particularly appreciate the regular stay-and-play sessions

Programs and Resources: The nursery provides excellent support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)

Staff Training: Staff have attended Makaton training to support children with SEND

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Most staff have worked at the nursery for many years and comment that they receive excellent levels of support from managers

Safeguarding Training: All staff have attended a variety of safeguarding training

Play and Learning Integration: Staff encourage children to have their own ideas and make predictions

Transition to Primary School: Staff accompany children with SEND on their visits to school, to support successful transitions

Child Safety Management: Staff constantly check that the premises are safe and secure

Children's Safety and Security: Staff put children's safety at the center of everything they do

Nutritional Menu: Children benefit from a range of very healthy and home-cooked food
