We are a family-run business with a combined 40 years of experience in the education sector. Renu Kapila launched her first nursery in 1991 after working as a special needs teacher. Together with her husband Paul, the location expanded to become the UK's biggest single-site nursery. They received an Ofsted Outstanding rating and the NMT's inaugural Best Design Award thanks to their dedication to early childhood education and creativity.
Their kids Nikhil and Esha both earned primary teaching credentials in 2015. Having grown up in the nursery industry, both have a love of learning, creating, and motivating the next generation. They have a unique grasp of the educational needs of all children thanks to their work in the state, private, and special needs sectors.
Our mission has always been to deliver daycare that goes above and beyond what parents expect. This applies to both the physical surroundings and our desire to care for the individual.
We are immensely proud of the atmosphere we have built at Twynham House because we understand the importance of our role during a child's most formative years. We think it provides our kids with the kind of early education and care they so well deserve. Most importantly, it is a place that our families and children can call their own and use as a home away from home.
Our educational background and shared desire to give our kids the finest start in life led to the creation of our nursery.
Each member of the Twynham House Family has unique skills and personalities that add something new to our team. Together, our great practitioners, administrators, cooks, and maintenance staff uphold our philosophy and go above and beyond the expectations of our parents.
