At Eastlea Community Centre, we work hard to provide the groups, activities, and events that our community wants.

Eastlea Community Center, located in Durham County Council's Deneside division, offers a wide variety of community-friendly events to the immediate and adjacent communities.
A board of trustees oversees the management of our centre, and a centre manager is hired to supervise day-to-day operations of the facility and programmes.
We have an Ofsted-registered nursery in our neighbourhood, which is managed by a nursery manager.
If you need a location for a regular local group activity or meeting, or if you want to hold a special event like a birthday party, christening, wedding, concert, or anniversary celebration, look no further.

For Eastlea Community Center, 2021 was a noteworthy year. Twenty years have passed since we moved into our unique, purpose-built residence in Stockton Road, Seaham, and fifty years since the Community Association was established in the former High Colliery School building.
