Staff Training: Staff are very clear that they each have a responsibility to act on concerns about a child and to report concerns about their colleagues.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff know children extremely well and use this knowledge to plan meticulously to meet their individual needs.

Safeguarding Training: Protecting children is paramount and managers ensure staff knowledge is always current.

Play and Learning Integration: Staff provide excellent support for children's exceptional imaginations.

Transition to Primary School: Children are prepared exceptionally well for the next stage in their education.

Child Safety Management: Managers use exemplary recruitment procedures to ensure that staff are suitable and fit in well with the existing team.
