Communication: Partnerships with parents are excellent. Staff successfully share suggestions of how parents can support their children's learning at home.

Community Building: Parents comment on how this helps them to be fully involved in their children's development and contributes to the good progress children make.

Programs and Resources: Staff work closely with other professionals to gather information about how to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

Staff Training: Children's needs are quickly identified so that additional support and advice can be obtained.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff promote children's emotional security well. Staff help children to settle when they are new to the nursery.

Safeguarding Training: Staff demonstrate a secure understanding of policies for keeping children safe. They know how to recognise and report any concerns they may have about a child's welfare.

Play and Learning Integration: Children enjoy an element of competition when they work together to make scarecrows in small groups. Staff support children to think about how they will put their scarecrow together and learn to problem solve by observing each other.

Transition to Primary School: All children make good progress. Children learn the skills they need for the next stage in their learning and eventual move on to school.

Child Safety Management: Staff remind children of rules, such as sharing and taking turns. Staff are good role models and demonstrate to children the importance of using good manners.

Children's Safety and Security: Children take responsibility for their safety as they discuss how to move around safely.

Happiness and Settling: Children develop strong and positive relationships with their peers. They offer help, comfort and support to each other.

Nutritional Menu: Children enjoy healthy snacks and learn about healthy eating.
