I am a mum of three children and I have worked in childcare settings since 2009 and I have achieved levels 2 -3 Cache Children's and Young People's Workforce.
My role in the team is certified in Peadiatric First Aider, SENCO, ENCO and I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
I bring a calm influence in Tiny Feet and am very warm and welcoming, I take great pride in my role and build close bonds with the children.
Hi I am Nic, I have 4 of my own children and am a trained to level 6.
I am also trained in STC and hold a paediatric first aid qualification.
I really enjoy the arts and craft at preschool and I am always sitting in the art corner helping the children with projects.
I help all of the staff and children to learn basic sign language which we use on a daily basis.
I am also the behaviour management co-ordinator.
I am currently level 2 in early years and am looking forward to starting my level 3 qualifications shortly.
Our preschool uses a key person system.
This means each child will be given a key worker who will develop a positive relationship with you and your child.
Your child's key worker will keep records on Famly of your child's development.
If at anytime you would like to discuss your child's development please speak to your child's key worker to arrange a suitable time to talk through any concerns.
At the end of your child's time with us at Tiny Feet we like to share your child's achievements with their primary school.
