TimTin Playgroup and Kids Club

We are a small, nonprofit playgroup and kids club located in Mrs Mary Kings Primary School's premises in Martin that provides full-day care as well as sessional care for kids from 6 months to 11 years old.
For 50 weeks out of the year, we are open from 7.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. five days a week.
This consists of a breakfast club, playgroup, after-school club, and vacation club during the academic year.
We have applied for Early Years funding, which includes the additional 30 hours for working parents, for children who are 2, 3, and 4 years old.
Since 2009, when we relocated from Timberland Village Hall, when we changed our name from Timberland Playgroup to TimTin Playgroup & Kids Club, we have been residing in our present structure.

Our educational system is based on play, and we encourage the kids to pursue their own interests and learn in a way that works best for them.
Our tight collaboration with the Mrs. Mary Kings School's reception class, which includes frequent visits both ways as well as shared activities and experiences, ensures that the children's transition to school is as easy as possible given that it represents such a significant shift in their life.
