Activities: Children have access to a variety of stimulating and interesting activities and resources, for example shaving foam.

Skills , Knowledge and Behavior: Children are building good communication and language skills. New vocabulary emerges as they talk about activities. Children develop good language skills and vocabulary. They use challenging open-ended questioning. However, staff do not always offer the same level of communication when children are playing outside.

Communication: Staff provide regular feedback to parents to share information about children's progress. They also provide ideas for activities at home to support children's learning.

Welcoming and Professional Staff: Staff are welcoming, supportive and model positive behavior.

Safeguarding Training: Staff are competent and committed to safeguarding children with a strong understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

Play and Learning Integration: Children enjoy listening and talking about seeds and what they need to be able to grow. They explore and discover new activities.

Child Safety Management: Children manage risks in their play well and staff are on hand to ensure they are safe.

Children's Safety and Security: Children feel safe and are happy. They express their interests and needs well, meeting their own personal hygiene needs, such as toileting.

Happiness and Settling: Children are happy and enjoy their time at nursery, forming secure friendships across age ranges.
