The DofE has urged us to get ready to reopen the nursery to all families on Monday, June 1—providing the Government passes its five crucial criteria, of course.
Our top goal is the welfare of our families and devoted personnel.
We'll be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for all settings (apart from our Ingrave Setting where the opening hours will be the normal times of 7am 4pm, but this a Pre-School Setting only).
We will divide the kids into small, predetermined groups that they will remain in for the duration of their session, with the same specific Staff members, in order to minimise the kids' interaction with one another.
At the conclusion of each session, all setting supplies will be meticulously cleaned and sterilised.
All nursery personnel will be outfitted with PPE, which includes a transparent face shield.
Even though fewer kids will attend each session, the Before/After School Club and the Nursery will still have some kids coming and departing at the same time.
There will be distinct lines directing you where to line up to promote social separation when you get at the Setting.
If the line is already long, staff may ask you to wait in your car.
All youngsters must show up wearing their wellies. (Unfortunately, they won't be let in without them.) If your kid is participating in a Breakfast Club session, they must be brought to school with them and must return home each night.
Children will get hand sanitizer and be forced to pass through and dip their wellies in a cleaning solution before approaching the gates or main entrance to the Setting.
