Owner Pam Seear founded it in September 1995. (BA Hons Professional Studies in Early Childhood).
Pam has more than 40 years of experience working as a manager and an adviser in a variety of Early Years settings.
The Early Years Foundation Stage framework, which went into effect in September 2008 and underwent a second revision in September 2014, serves as the foundation for our curriculum.
Every child begins their learning journey on their own, individually, using the EYFS framework.
Each youngster is given a specific staff member to act as their key person during this trip.
Along with frequent training in many other facets of early years, our staff team also participates.
Safeguarding is a top priority at The Tadpoles Nursery, and we go above and beyond to make sure the kids and families in our care are aware of the policies and processes we've put in place to support it.
As an extension of our safeguarding strategy, all staff members have received prevent duty training, ensuring that the children in our care are kept secure.
The core British ideals of democracy, where everyone's opinion is heard and appreciated, are promoted and practised at Tadpoles in order to guarantee a safe atmosphere there and in the larger community. Individual liberty everyone has the right to say what they like or dont like, Mutual respect and tolerance we celebrate differences in the world around us and introduce this into our daily routines, and our British values policy supports us in this. Rule of law Children learn right from wrong, which we recently discussed when the policeman visited us.
We place a great priority on our collaboration with parents and the neighbourhood.
Parents discuss their occupations with their children, such as that of a nurse and a policeman.
