Children are encouraged to express their opinions, to recognise that their ideas matter, and to listen to and value the thoughts of others as part of our focus on self-confidence and self-awareness. They are given the chance to cultivate inquisitive minds in a setting where their queries are respected.
We seek to help children develop a positive sense of themselves and raise their self-esteem by giving them opportunity to recognise their own strengths and advance their own abilities as part of our focus on self-confidence and self-awareness as well as people and communities. In order to convey our emotions and help the kids understand their duties, we explore language with them. We consider our differences and commonalities with one another while promoting acceptance of others' potentially divergent viewpoints.
Our entire approach is centred on inclusivity as a part of our attention to people and communities, managing emotions and behaviour, and building relationships. We give the kids chances to interact with people from different cultures. The kids discover how they are similar to and different from other kids. The kids gradually learn to respect, care about, and comprehend one another. All children are aware that they have access to all resources, and both our conversations with them and our materials work to dispel stereotypes.
