The German Kindergarten Bermondsey

Our charming German kindergarten is located in Bermondsey, London.
We give each child the chance to develop their independence and self-assurance by providing a nurturing and fully immersed German-speaking atmosphere.
Nabila is an Austrian native of Salzburg.
Back in Austria, she studied English and art to become a teacher, and she has since worked in childcare both there and in the UK.
Nabila, who is bicultural herself, is passionate about inspiring kids to learn about other people's cultures and languages in order to develop their self-awareness and empathy.
In Bermondsey, Madeleine serves as the deputy manager.
She relocated to London in October 2020 and began working at the German Kindergarten in Herne Hill.
Language learning is crucial, in Madeleine's opinion, and should start early.
Eva was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, and she received her diploma in early childhood education and care from the Austrian Elementary Education Institute in Sacre Coeur.
She also earned a second certification in the area of early childhood education for children under the age of three.
In addition to the obligatory mandatory internship, she also volunteered on a weekly basis as a trainee at the kindergarten Sacre Coeur in order to gain additional experience working with different teachers and to have a deeper understanding of the duties of an early childhood educator.
Julia received her diploma in early years education and care in the South West of Germany, not far from the Black Forest.
She relocated to London in 2016 to work as an au pair for a year.
Since then, she has worked as an operations manager and administrator at her local church in addition to being a nanny for families in North-West London.
She views the chance to combine her experience in childcare with using her native tongue as a great one.
In Germany, Klarissa completed her certification as a nursery teacher in 2019.
She loves baking and cooking as well as arts and crafts.
