The Avenue Nursery Dronfield

To facilitate a seamless transition when it's time for them to move on, we prefer that all kids have access to both rooms. Children can play and share experiences with their brothers and sisters while doing this.
The Ladybird Room provides an indoor/outdoor learning setting with free flow. In our outside space, we also cultivate food for consumption. We provide a special sleeping place for kids to take a nap or rest during the day.
We share the dining area with the school for lunch, and kids can either bring a packed lunch or order a school supper from Derbyshire County Council. In order to facilitate students' transition into school, the Butterfly room hosts singing sessions in the school gym and participates in school-wide celebrations. When we can, we venture outside, and during the summer, we organise a group outing for the nursery.
We also raise a variety of fruits and vegetables in our garden, which the kids help with. They have the chance to cook the product and enjoy it for snack.
