Diversity Management: Staff are very good role models and teach children about tolerance and how to respect differences.

Child Safety Management: Staff deploy themselves extremely effectively to ensure children play in a safe and secure environment. Accidents are monitored in a very in-depth way to identify any patterns or concerns and action is swiftly taken to minimise hazards to children.

Happiness and Settling: Children demonstrate that they are very happy and settled at the nursery and clearly know what is expected of them.
