In a tranquil country setting in Claverdon, Warwickshire, Stepping Stones is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding"* term-time nursery and pre-school with charitable status.
We put a lot of effort into creating a fun, supportive environment where your child can access both group and one-on-one learning areas.
We have a lovely outdoor environment that is available all year long, offering plenty of fresh air and room to develop, learn, and discover the marvels of nature.
Schools are required to put plans in place to protect and advance the welfare of children under the Education Act of 2002 (Section 157 for academies, free, and independent schools against Section 175 for maintained schools).
Parents and caregivers should be aware that all school personnel are required by law (Children Act 1989) to share information that raises questions about a child's welfare, including the possibility of neglect or physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.
Generally speaking, staff will try to talk through any issues with the parent or caretaker and discuss the need to refer the child to Children's Social Care if it is deemed necessary.
