All early childhood educators use the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework when supporting children from birth to age 5. It outlines both the learning and development standards that direct our planning, observations, and assessments for all children, as well as the legal welfare requirements we must meet to protect the safety and wellbeing of children. A Special Child, Good Relationships, Supportive Settings, and Learning and Development We design our activities around the unique interests of the kids, and we provide a dynamic and enjoyable environment for them to learn in. We enable kids to develop their strength and independence by getting to know them, which helps them feel protected and secure. The Framework's ethos, which claims that the aforementioned areas are crucial for fostering children's curiosity and excitement for learning as well as for enhancing their ability to learn, create relationships, and thrive, is one that we as a network of childcare facilities wholeheartedly support. A "Key Person" will be designated for each child, who will assist their unique learning and development across the board. The Key Person will interact frequently with your child and become familiar with his or her particular requirements and aptitudes. She is also in charge of doing routine evaluations of your kid and creating progress reports so you can see how they are growing. This will give them the abilities and confidence they need to go easily into the next room or to primary school. Visit the government guide or this page to learn more about the EYFS framework.
