Every year, our GCSE grades are exceptional, and this is no accident.
Each student understands that their journey is unique thanks to teachers who value wellbeing and each girl's particular progress, who are tenacious in their pursuit of academic achievement, and who are kind with their assistance to all.
While the dust settles on the public examination picture, we are confident that our students are well-positioned to succeed because we are intimately familiar with them and their requirements.
Results are important, but our kids are aware that they do not define them.
Retreats planned in partnership with the RE department as part of the PSHEE curriculum complement our work with the whole person.
Each girl in UV has a mentor, often a member of the Senior Leadership Team and so their progress and development is thoughtfully followed.
From the Sixth Form Open Evening through work experience and other Careers events, a series of activities prepares pupils for the next phase of their academic lives.
Whether they plan to apply to Oxford, Cambridge, or other academically esteemed Russell Group Universities, our girls have the option to attend the monthly meetings of the Oxbridge group.
