Something Exceptional Performing arts, clubs, wraparound care, and summer camps for kids and teens that are inclusive.
2012 saw the founding of Soto. The initial goal of the concept was to offer affordable, top-notch workshops to London's schools, local governments, and local communities for kids, teenagers, and vulnerable adults.
SOTO started off as a community arts organisation that supported and helped young people grow in the performing arts. To engage and enthral young people from various cultural, emotional, and socioeconomic backgrounds, we use inclusive arts as our access point.
The SOTO team aims to deliver open-access programmes that are Something Out The Ordinary since they have experience working with young people. using our access point as a tool to increase self-assurance, social skills, physical health, and aspirations.
We attribute our success and the development we have seen to the quality and perceived value of the services we provide to the communities and schools with which we partner. As a result of the increased confidence, we have been able to develop more specialised programmes and are now branching out into wraparound care and multi-activity summer camps with a focus on a positive play setting that is both caring and enjoyable. While fostering and developing young people's relationships with peers and others, we continue to emphasise cooperation, collaboration, and these behaviours.
