Every kid in our care is an extension of our family because, at Small Wonders, we are a family. Many young ducklings who had visited our facility as hatchlings come back as adults for both the after-school and holiday clubs. In recent years, we have discovered that a large number of our parents were actually hatchlings at our setting. Our two senior managers have worked at Small Wonders for more than 18 years, continuously maintaining a cosy environment for all of our previous hatchlings and brand-new ones. Additionally, the majority of our staff members have worked at the settings for a long time, which has helped to form a seasoned and unified team.
We support a welcoming atmosphere where all kids are given the same amount of affection and respect as they would at home. When you visit the nursery, you'll notice that we constantly make provisions that allow us to improve each child's environment. Children learn best in a play setting. giving each duckling the chance to learn in a way that suits them best.
We take great pride in the high calibre of care we offer. Every employee completes routine training in order to continually promote the best practise. We design each child's learning experience to best suit each individual since we think that children learn best when they are inspired and motivated. We firmly feel that the atmosphere we offer at Small Wonders is the best environment available for your ducklings to learn and develop.
