From the Skallywags
We think that every kid deserves the finest possible start in life as well as the best care.
We use a child-centered approach, in which trained staff members who have a strong connection with the kids in their care allow kids to express their creativity, originality, and self-confidence in safe environments.
When children are not with their parents or other primary caregivers, they need to experience a feeling of security and belonging.
We make an effort to make sure that all children feel happy, at ease, and protected. We also encourage them to feel confident enough to collaborate and form positive connections with the professionals who are responsible for looking after them as well as the other kids at Skallywags.
Our goal is to deliver the greatest results for every child, and in order to do this, we make sure that the Early Years Foundation Stage, a learning programme for children under five, provides the foundation for all of our planned activities and in-the-moment learning opportunities.
Regardless of gender, religion, culture, or handicap, every Skallywags child is given the utmost Love and Affection and is regarded as an individual.
Our goal is to provide kids opportunities to pursue their passions since we've found that doing so best impacts their learning and gets them ready for the next phase of life.
Children are extraordinarily well equipped for the next level in their education, including beginning school, according to our Ofsted inspector, who made this observation (Ofsted 2015).
