The Shenfield Day Nursery offers full-day care for kids from 3 months to 5 years old in a charmingly renovated home about a mile from the mainline station in Shenfield.
We can foster a "home from home" atmosphere in our roomy nursery, making each child and their family feel comfortable and at home. Small groups of children are cared for in a dynamic and nurturing environment that fosters a joyful, homey ambiance that doesn't overwhelm the kids and meets all their requirements.
We are aware of the worries parents have when leaving their kids in the care of others. We therefore work hard to ensure that the transition into our Nursery is as smooth and fruitful as possible. Each child has a Key Person who is in charge of looking after them and helping them build relationships with the rest of the family. We want both the parents and the child to feel as though they are guests at a friend's home they can trust.
We work hard to uphold the highest standards at all times since we are proud of our stellar reputation. We have continued to have the National Food Hygiene Agency's highest rating of 5*, and as members of the National Day Nurseries Association, we stay current on the most recent advancements in childcare.
Our employees are subject to Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks and have Level 5 qualifications from NNEB, BTEC, or NVQ. Your child will be looked after by a reliable group of key personnel who are experts in looking after children of that age. Since we are a small, amiable nursery, the kids know everyone on staff, including the cook and the cleaner who keeps their room tidy. Additionally, two of our employees have earned Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
